Red Giant Dashboard is accessed in the top section of any Red Giant Universe effect using the Open Dashboard button: Click any tool in the Dashboard to navigate into that tool's presets: Any tool or its preset can be applied directly from the Dashboard onto any clip selected in either Adobe Premiere or After Effects using the Apply Effect button. - I did not do a 2.0 install from scratch. My Universe was 1.6 previous and got the 2.0 upgrade when that came out. In fact Red Giant and HF were installed before a Windows 7 = 10 update was performed. One thing you might check is the OFX install folder to see if the Red Giant plug-ins are there.

Some of my favorite tools in this release include Texturize, Knoll Light Transitions, and Soft Edge Wipe (a free tool that was created based on the voting in Universe Labs).
Knoll Light Transitions: A transition that uses animated Knoll Light Factory flares, with 20 unique presets to quickly move you from shot to shot. Includes control over brightness, angle and edge feathering, and a choice of a dissolve or linear wipe transition.
Texturize: Quickly give your footage a Walking Dead-style grungy textured treatment. Texturize's seamlessly tiling textures make it easy to animate and bring life (or death) to your video or still imagery.
